*****5 Star Review: I first used Connected Home Inc about 5 years ago when they were relatively new. We needed an overhaul of our audio system. We had gotten a quote from a well known business in Wilmington that was just ridiculously expensive. Chris H. and Dave were great! They spent almost 3 days at my home at almost half the price of the other company’s quote. I am still satisfied to this day. I used them again recently to install a Mantle Mount for the TV above fireplace. It was a first for Dave, but he didn’t miss a beat and I trusted his skill level to get the job done. I will definitely use them again!!

*****5 Star Review: I recently used Connect Home for a big screen tv and Sonos Audio Bar installation. Chris first took the time to find out what I really wanted to do in a new home, and how I would use the system. That’s how I learned about Sonos. Before any order though, he scheduled a visit to our home, took measurements, and made recommendations on equipment and installation. He even recommended the TV we should get, and where we could find on sale.
During the time between order and install, I had a number of questions which I emailed to Chris. He answered promptly, and with good info.
On the install day, he and his installer arrived right on time, got to work, and within the time frame promised, they were done and we were up and running. He did not leave until we were comfortable with the set up and how everything worked. Even helped us program our smartphones to operate them. One item for followup was promised and quickly addressed a day later.

*****5 Star Review: Installed a three zone Sonos system supplemented by in-ceiling speakers, connected and mounted 2 flat screen TVs, and ran both an either net cable and phone line into a home office. We just purchased a new construction home and were in the market for a home theater and audio system. I had three in-home estimates provided by well known Wilmington, NC area home theater companies. My experience with Chris, the Connected Home owner, was by far the best. The time he spent listening to me explain what I was looking for and then providing detailed recommendations and answering my questions was outstanding. The Sonos system he developed for us exactly fit my desires and the price was very reasonable. He ensured I understood his plan and that I was comfortable with it. He also recommended that my wife and I visit his showroom to listen to and put our hands on the equipment. We did the next day, and that greatly helped us make decisions on a few of the details of the system we ultimately installed. Chris’ install team of Mike and Rob were professional, courteous, and very competent. They worked non-stop during the 7-hour install and ensured my wife and I could fully operate the system before they left. It sounds great and is very easy to operate! I would not hesitate to use Connected Home again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a home theater or audio system in the Wilmington area. -May 2016
